I had the faith. What I was missing — and what no one had ever taught me — was the strategic foundation to build on.
That season was one of the most difficult of my life. But it was also the moment God began to show me something extraordinary: that the principles of the Kingdom are not separate from business — they are the blueprint for it. Stewardship, service, integrity, wisdom, generosity — these aren't soft values that have to compete with commercial reality. They are the engine of sustainable, significant business success.
I rebuilt. I studied. I sought mentors who had integrated their faith with proven business practice. And slowly, something remarkable began to happen — not just in my own business, but in the businesses of the people around me who I started helping. What started as informal conversations became a coaching practice. That practice has now spanned more than two decades, 200+ businesses, and 16,000+ hours of coaching across industries as diverse as construction, allied health, hospitality, finance, retail, and NDIS care services.
Along the way, something else developed that I hadn't planned for: a genuine prophetic gifting that operates in the business space. The ability to bring a word — a specific, strategic, Spirit-led insight — into a coaching session and watch it unlock what months of analysis hadn't. I've seen it open doors, resolve conflicts, clarify direction, and release business owners from fears that had kept them small for years.
Today I coach business owners ranging from $500K to $20M in annual revenue — people who are serious about growth, serious about God, and serious about leaving something that matters. Some come to me for strategy. Some for financial clarity. Some because their team is falling apart. And some because they know God has something more for their business but they can't quite see it yet.
What I bring to every engagement is the full weight of those 20+ years — not just frameworks and tools, but the hard-won wisdom of someone who has navigated business crises, experienced supernatural breakthrough, rebuilt from scratch, and coached hundreds of others through their own defining seasons.
