These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 7 Business Coaching website and coaching services provided by 7 Business Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

7 Business Coaching is a business coaching practice operating in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. ABN: XX XXX XXX XXX. Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable regulations.

2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are educational and advisory in nature. Business coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, or psychological advice. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional advice for specific legal, tax, and financial matters.

Results from coaching depend on the effort, commitment, and circumstances of each individual client. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or financial results.

3. Engagement and Payment

  • All coaching engagements commence with a signed coaching agreement
  • Fees are charged as set out in your coaching agreement and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • GST will be added to all invoices in accordance with Australian tax law
  • Payment terms are as specified in your individual agreement
  • Monthly programs require an initial 3-month commitment; thereafter month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited
  • We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule sessions at a mutually convenient time
  • In the event we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. We ask that you likewise treat any materials, frameworks, or proprietary tools we share with you as confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, frameworks, tools, and resources — is owned by 7 Business Coaching and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Coaching materials provided to you during an engagement are licensed for your personal business use only.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in a way that violates any applicable Australian or international law
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we limit our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our website or coaching services. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a service we provide fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
